This Web site was started with a yen for 'zen'. I don't know what your zen is, but mine is stitching! Think about it... When you're sitting there in front of your latest project, don't you just get lost in the whole idea of creating your masterpiece? Time just flies by, you're totally unaware of the clock. You sat down at 2:15 pm. You look up at the clock and it's 6 pm...! "What happened? Did I just come out of some kind of time warp"?

You see your design materialize right before your eyes. You know it's late.  Yet you have to get in 'just one more stitch, just one more row'...! Am I right? Did I just hit the 'ol nail right on the proverbial head? You KNOW I did.

You're like Michelangelo or Renoir - only you paint with your needles or hooks! What a feeling of accomplishment and peace, when you stand back and look at your latest project - all completed, mounted, and framed.

Whatever gets your groove on - cross stitching, crocheting, or latch hooking - you are the artist and your aida cloth and thread, or your yarn and crochet hook, or your rug canvas, yarn and latch hook, is your medium.

One of my goals in creating this Web site is to share my passion and love for needle arts with all those other crazy stitchers and 'hookers' out there - no offense anyone, but you have to admit, it's pretty apropo...!

I aim to provide you with the best product at the lowest cost possible. Although this site caters to everything and anything cross stitch, we are offering not only items relating to cross stitch, but a few goodies relating to crochet and latch hook - another couple of passions I have.
